As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns for a portfolio of dental practices. You will work closely with Account Managers and other marketing specialists to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver strong performance.

This is a client-facing role that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate can confidently analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and explain results in a clear and meaningful way to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and other relevant campaign types.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make strategic optimizations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and account audits.
  • Identify trends in search behavior and proactively adjust campaign strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data to diagnose performance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to align advertising strategies with client goals and business objectives.
  • Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance, internal processes, and overall client results.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance and recommendations directly to clients.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience in the dental, healthcare, or local-service industries.
  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience with call tracking, CRM integrations, and lead attribution reporting.
