Job Description:

As the Internal Marketing & Brand Manager, you will serve as the creative heartbeat and brand ambassador for our three core companies. This is a highly collaborative, non-client-facing role (with rare exceptions) focused on internal growth, social presence, and event execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our brands stay top-of-mind for the dental industry by managing our social media ecosystems, creating high-impact internal graphics, and coordinating our presence at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Reputation Management:

  • Develop and execute content calendars.
  • Maintain all social media pages, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Monitor and manage Google reviews, providing professional and timely responses to maintain our 5-star reputation.

Internal Creative & Graphic Design:

  • Fulfill internal graphic requests for marketing collateral, digital ads, and sales materials.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with the unique identity of our brand.

Event Coordination & Logistics:

  • Manage the internal Marketing Event Calendar to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Handle logistics for industry events, including travel planning and shipping booth supplies.
  • Design custom event graphics, banners, and promotional swag.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management and Brand Coordination.
  • Strong Graphic Design skills (Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience in event planning or logistics is a significant plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently without being client-facing.
