Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Energize Group, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by booking qualified demos for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting—through calls, emails, and social outreach—to dental practices across the country.

This role is focused on generating interest, handling initial objections, and securing scheduled appointments. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for creating strong first impressions while consistently hitting activity and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to dental practices.
  • Reach decision-makers and deliver clear, concise messaging to generate interest.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Overcome initial objections and keep conversations focused on securing the meeting.
  • Maintain a strong show rate through confirmation and follow-up processes.

CRM Management and Data Tracking:

  • Accurately log all activities, notes, and prospect information in CRM systems (GoHighLevel).
  • Keep pipeline and outreach data clean and up to date.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

Communication and Professionalism:

  • Represent Energize Group with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all outreach channels.
